Our building, of which foundation will be based most recently in our land opposing the court house in Soğanlık district of Kartal, consists of shops and offices that are appropriate for both residential purposes and multi-purpose trade. Our 135 apartments that consist of different m2 are presented with options of studio, 1+1, 1, 5+1 and 2+1 and all of them are designed with sea and prince islands view.  We aim at presenting this brand-new project to residents of Anatolian side by launching to be held soon.
 
Moreover, all apartments in our project make a difference with having floor (storey) gardens which have sea and prince islands view.
 
We will continue to add our tower projects that will be raised in our lands in Dolapdere and Kağıthane with our project which makes no concessions on quality with first-class materials used in the project.
